What should I do if checkout changes my selected option unexpectedly?
Look for an explanatory message attached to the changed selection. Complete the purchase only with a configuration you actually intend.
How can I choose an appropriate purchase quantity?
For a shared purchase, confirm the intended amount with the other participants. Look for separate quantities attached to optional additions.
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Check whether you used a different account or contact address than usual. If no order exists, confirm that result before making a fresh attempt.
