How can I update feedback after a purchase issue is resolved?

Avoid removing important context solely to make the account simpler. Ask about an update option if the review cannot be edited directly.

Where should I look for guidance on using the product correctly?

Check the listing for links to relevant documentation before purchasing. If instructions are necessary to your decision, confirm their availability beforehand.

How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?

Distinguish preparation time from the time needed for the final fulfillment step. Treat an estimated timeframe according to its stated conditions rather than as a guarantee.
